In fact, more than half of our clients are not local during construction, which means we have the experience and the tools to make building from a distance seamless and stress-free.

Staying Connected: Weekly Updates and Checkpoints

Even if you’re hundreds of miles away, we make sure you’re always up to date on your home’s progress. At a minimum, we provide:

· Weekly photos and notes detailing what’s been completed and what’s coming next.

· Regular updates on key milestones, so you never feel out of the loop.

· Two critical in-person walkthroughs, where we ask homeowners to be present for key selections and final confirmations.

While much of the home can be planned remotely, there are moments where seeing things in person leads to better decision-making. That’s why we recommend at least two in-person visits—typically at major selection points—to make sure everything aligns with your vision.

A Clear, Step-by-Step Selection Process

Making decisions from a distance requires organization, clarity, and guidance. That’s why we’ve developed a comprehensive selection document that outlines every choice you’ll need to make, from exterior colors to door hardware, shower valve placements, and more.

To make things even easier, we provide a detailed guide explaining each selection in plain terms, ensuring you understand exactly what each decision means for your home. This allows you to make confident choices without second-guessing details.

Can You Build Without Ever Visiting?

Technically, yes—you could build your home without ever stepping foot on-site. However, we don’t recommend it. While our systems allow for complete remote decision-making, there’s no substitute for being on-site at least twice to see materials, layouts, and finishes in real life.

That said, if traveling isn’t possible, we have the experience and technology to ensure your home is built to your specifications, with regular updates, clear documentation, and a team dedicated to making your vision a reality.
